Are most items in stock and ready to ship?

All items are made to order. It may take our team from 3-21 days to create your piece before shipping. Please note that turnaround time can be drastically higher during any holiday seasons.

When can I expect to receive my order?

After we finish your piece, we will ship out your order via FedEx Express. You should receive it within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

For all domestic orders, over the value of $125 we use use FedEx and USPS ground service free of charge. We also provide 2-day air shipping option for $39 and next day air shipping option for $50 via FedEx Express. For all international orders, we add $69 for shipping to the cost of your order. All orders come will tracking number and insurance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Option 1: 

At the checkout, the consumer has 3 options for delivery. Overnight, 2-day air and free 5-day shipping.  All orders ordered before 2pm, will be shipped the same day if we have the item in stock. 

Option 2:

We will ship out your order via FedEx Express or USPS. You should receive it within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Option 3: 

Items usually ship within 2 to 5 days of purchase. If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call any of our Customer Representatives if you wish to make this type of request. We ship WORLD-WIDE; contact us for the rates.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For international orders, we add up to $69 for shipping with estimate delivery period between 5-10 business days. For Canadian orders we add $45 for standard ground shipping (using FedEx Express) with delivery time between 1-3 business days, all orders include tracking number and insurance. 

Can I ship my order to a different address?

We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debt card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account. 

However, you can call your credit card company and add the address you would like us to ship the item to your account, then enter this address as your billing address (for your security you must enter your present billing phone number, one of our representatives will call you on this number to verify your information). Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

What shipping companies do you use, and do you require signature upon delivery?

We ship using FedEx Express and USPS. All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation.
